Cancelling an order before delivery
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been delivered or collected. To do so, email marijn@pokertafelshop.nl with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation by email and refund the full amount, including any shipping costs, within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Pre-orders
Some products are offered as a pre-order. You pay when ordering and we deliver as soon as the product is in stock. The expected delivery period is shown on the product page.
- You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before delivery.
- If we cannot deliver within the stated period, we will let you know. You can then choose to wait or to cancel and receive a full refund.

After delivery
If your order has already been delivered or collected, our return policy applies. You then have a 30-day cooling-off period after receipt. Read the terms at www.pokertafelshop.nl/policies/refund-policy

Cancellation by Pokertafelshop.nl
In exceptional cases, we may cancel an order, for example due to an obvious pricing error, a product that is no longer available or suspected fraud. We will always inform you immediately and refund the full amount.
